Sean Gravina

Sean has been working in the culinary industry for over 10 years, having graduated from Malta’s ITS and Le Cordon Bleu in London, where he received a diploma in French cuisine. He’s worked in several top restaurants and hotels, starting out as a Commis and then moving his way up to a Chef de Partie. He also gained experience as a butcher, and has also worked in London’s The Dorchester and Maze under the guidance of Chef Wolfgang Puk and Chef Gordon Ramsay respectively.

Sean also reached the quarter finals whilst competing in Master Chef The Professionals. He currently hosts Gourmet Today on TVM and is the brand ambassador for SuperDry, Maggi and De Cecco Pasta.
