The 27th September marks the return of Dak li Jgħodd. Produced and presented by Claire Agius Ordway, Season 4 will offer a wealth of information for anyone preparing to start […]
Lana’s full time job is that of a bank employee, however her passion lies within anything which has to do with media and entertainment.
She currently occupies the role of Production Assistant and Floor Manager on the programme, Dak Li Jghodd. Apart from being present with the other team members to ensure that every programme runs as smoothly as possible, her job also involves taking care of public relations and keeping viewers up-to-date via posts on Facebook. She was also responsible for managing the show’s new website project and regularly uploads material, such as articles and news items.
Lana, who is a mother of a three-year old, feels that being a parent is both rewarding and fulfilling but is also hard work. Being involved in Dak Li Jghodd and Dak Li Jghodd – Teens is very satisfying for her as she feels that the information the programme provides not only helps to educate, inform and shed light on certain issues, but also helps to reassure parents out there that they’re not alone in the challenges they face.
In her spare time, she loves cooking and cake decorating and is also actively involved in various voluntary activities. Past experiences have included singing with the popular choir Voices with the aim of raising money for charity, and most recently providing motivational talks for patients suffering from eating disorders at Dar Kenn Ghal Sahhtek in Mtarfa.
