Stephanie Vassallo suddenly found herself very popular amongst her colleagues after announcing that she had won herself a one hour ride in an exclusive Route 66 Hummer limousine with free flowing prosecco. Like other top participants of The Definitive(ly) Good Guide survey, the second place winner saw that contributing honest feedback pays off. This year saw a record number of participants who completed the online survey in September.
The popular survey, which runs annually throughout the month of September, has gone from strength to strength, since transitioning online in recent years. In total, 2,368 members of the general public filled in the questionnaire, dining out an average of twice a week that makes 246,272 dining experiences a year! Five fantastic prizes this year have served as an added incentive to diners out to take the time to rate their experiences and shape the future of Malta’s most renowned restaurant guide.

Congratulations go to the winner of this year’s Definitive(ly) Good Guide restaurant survey – Joanna Pisani. She was thrilled to discover that rating the highest number of restaurants and adding comments from her personal experience had won her a luxury weekend break, on a B&B basis, at the Westin Dragonara Resort, St.Julian’s. The runner-up, Stephanie Vassallo, received a limousine ride.

The fourth and fifth runners-up, Maria Grech Gerada and Sheena Mifsud respectively, won themselves a €100 voucher to exchange with Mirachem’s selection of fine wines and €100 voucher to exchange with internationally acclaimed Riedel glassware.
