Malta’s beauty queen, twenty-six-year-old Dajana Laketic was recently crowned Miss Princess of the World 2017.
Argentina made it second, followed by Slovakia in third place.
Eight lucky super finalists were chosen out of the initial forty candidates to fly to Barcelona and then board the cruise liner MSC Meraviglia, which cruised to Marseille, Naples, Genova and Malta.
This prestigious pageant evaluates parameters such as beauty, communication skills, brilliance and natural charm.

Winner, Dajana is an HR Manager and speaks seven languages, which are Maltese, English, Italian, Spanish, Serbian, Macedonian and Croatian. This edition was her fifth time representing Malta abroad.
During the final crowning ceremony, Dajana was crowned by the ship’s captain and by the President of the pageant Mr Viktor Krca. She won several prizes including a cash prize, an apartment for a whole year in Czech Republic, flights and accommodation to Canada, several dresses by designer Jirina Tuchmanova, various beauty products and more.
