French newspaper Le Figaro has recently listed Maltese tenor Joseph Calleja in one of the world’s Top 10 Male Opera Voices.
The thirty-nine-year old opera lead holds a repertoire that includes the world’s most renowned opera companies, and the USA’s National Public Radio has also described him as “arguably today’s finest lyrical tenor“.
Mr Calleja also performs extensively at several summer festivals, and graces the Maltese Islands every year with an annual open-air concert at the Granaries in Floriana. This year’s concert will be held on the 19th August.
