November will mark Palazzo Castelletti‘s third triumphant year of gastronomic excellence.
From its inception, Palazzo Castelletti has always comprised of three differentiating culinary concepts. While the San Andrea restaurant offers its clients an à la carte dining experience, RedWhite Pizza, Pasta & Grill allows for the relaxed enjoyment of a trattoria meal, whereas Trois Wine Bar gives a calm and socialising ambiance to leisurely unwind.
The standard of food and service has always been maintained right from the start. Palazzo Castelletti’s strife for knowledge and expertise through ongoing supervision has ranked it among the top restaurants in Malta. It now boasts a superior team of thirty-five full time and part time employees.
From the classic à la carte dishes to the extensive cocktail menu, to the succulent meats and hearty Italian staples, the ever-evolving menus at Palazzo Castelletti ensure that there’s something fresh and seasonal that meets everyone’s liking.
Palazzo Castelletti has also established itself as the perfect venue for special occasions, such as weddings, groom and bridal parties, baby showers and birthdays.
The establishment’s very own in-house patisserie is also blossoming further, and the Castelletti group is now expanding outside the Palazzo and venturing into other areas such as the Castelletti Bistro in Sliema and another Castelletti outlet which will soon be open in Valletta at the start of 2017.
