The Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa’s al fresco eatery, The Summer Kitchen, is back for another season of delicious cuisine under the stars and sunshine.

There’s something for everyone at the Summer Kitchen. From its mix of fresh salads, meze, pizza, pasta and meats, to dishes cooked in their Mibrasa charcoal oven and homemade desserts, the Summer Kitchen combines an unparalleled location with a truly delicious menu within the Corinthia Palace’s beautiful gardens and pool area.
“This year we’ve concentrated on making the Summer Kitchen better than ever,” says Executive Chef Stefan Hogan, who’s crafted the menu along with his award-winning kitchen brigade. “Our new woodfire oven promises to be a hit – I guarantee that the results are delicious.”
“And yes, I already have my favourites from the menu! If I were dining tonight, I’d start with the fire-roasted mackerel with saffron-pickled vegetables, followed by the Mediterranean 200gr charred beef burger with burrata, sun dried tomatoes, Parmesan mayo and radicchio in a brioche bun, completed with our chocolate brownie pots with dark chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream. It doesn’t get any better!”

The Summer Kitchen is open daily for lunch, dinner, cocktails and tapas, with a regular calendar of live musical entertainment.
