The American rock band, Linkin Park has just released its sixth album, The Hunting Party. The rock band was the last act in the Guitar Centre’s historic RockWalk in Hollywood, recently.
During the event, the band added their handprints in the cement, beside some of music’s greats, such as Eric Clapton and Queen. Speaking at the event, lead vocalist, Chester Bennington, reminisced about the origin of the band and how they all met. The band was actually established in 1996.
The album, The Hunting Party sees the band return to a sound which is more hard-rock after previous albums which explored other musical elements, such as electronic, nu metal and rap metal.
Showing a more aggressive side to the band’s music, Linkin Park’s latest album goes back to the band’s origins with visceral energy.
