#SHARETHELOVE IN AID OF HOSPICE MOVEMENT
#Sharethelove is a special music festival in aid of Hospice Movement which will include live local bands and musicians. This activity is targeted for all the families, and is being held on the 17th June at the Valletta Waterfront Cruise Terminal.
The event aims to garner more funds to continue their work in providing help for those who are undergoing special treatment.
Gaia will be taking part in this music festival, along with guitarist Wayne Camilleri, Cushion, and The Crickets. As a main artist and special guest, #Sharethelove will be hosting Mitchell Brunings.
Born in Surinam – a northern country of South America – and raised in The Netherlands, Mitchell Brunings has been influenced by a range of music genres, including reggae, bossanova, samba, soul, rhythm and blues, calypso, country, salsa, meringue and Kaseko, which all have lent their authority to the artist’s raspy and soulful style.
In August 2013, Mitchell had the opportunity to participate in The Voice of Holland, which catapulted Brunings into the spotlight. Nearly winning the competition as the runner up, Mitchell’s YouTube videos continue to put him in the limelight, and in 2015, Mitchell played the lead role in the Marley Musical at Baltimore’s Centre Stage Theatre.
Entrance is free, and a €5 donation towards the Hospice Movement at the door would be greatly appreciated.
There will also be a VIP section against a €20 fee, including direct access to bars and the front of the main stage. Doors will open at 7pm, but the festival will start from 8pm onwards.
All families are welcome to join and support the Hospice Movement through this magnificent event.
