Describe yourself in one word:

Outgoing.

Why did you apply for Miss Malta?

This is the very first time I’ve ever entered a beauty contest. It looked very professional and well put together. I was looking for a new challenge in my modelling career so here I am!!

How do you feel that you have been chosen as one of the 12 finalists?

To tell you the truth I still can’t believe it! I am really happy and excited as all the other girls are great and so is the whole team of Miss Malta!

Abroad, which country did you like best?

Until now I have visited London, Slovenia and Paris, and from these three I have to choose Paris! Beautiful city, mouth watering food and obviously amazing fashion and clothes…  simply breath taking!

Which country do you wish to visit?

CHINA! So that I can see my dad after a long time!

Something you cannot live without?

Internet!!!!

A person you cannot live without?

Family and boyfriend.

Stranded on an island. You can only take 4 objects. What would you take?

A guitar, ballet shoes, fishing rod and a book to read.

Who is your idol?

It has to be the one and only Beyonce’!! An incredible woman, an amazing singer and now also a caring mother!! I love all the shoots she takes, a perfect role model!

How did you enter the world of modelling? Age?

It all started when I was 5 years old. I used to wear my mum’s high heels, seven sizes bigger than my feet… trying to model in the hallway. At the age of 15 I started doing my own photo-shoots and used to post them on facebook. Various professional photographers noticed this and offered photo-shoots… this led me to seek more opportunities where modelling was involved.

If you won the lottery what would you do with the money?

I would start, for sure, by helping out my family… then buy clothes (loads of clothes!!!!) and – why not – go around the world with my boyfriend visiting places which I only saw on the National Geographic.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?

I wish to be living a happy and healthy life with my husband and also become a mother… I would also like to have a well-established career in the media industry and if possible still find time for modelling!!

Something you are proud of that you did yourself?

I finished 10 years of ballet and succeeded in passing every exam. I am also a volunteer with The Malta Hospice Movement, a caring and generous movement which takes care of terminally ill patients.

What makes you angry?

People who talk behind my back and excessive jealousy.

Who is your hero?

Definitely my mum …. She is a strong and motivated woman who is always there to help me out and share the good and bad moments of my life.

Romantic dinner or clubbing?

Romantic dinner for sure but then, why not find some time for clubbing too!!

Morning or evening?

Morning. I get so scared in the dark especially when I’m all alone at home.

Wakes early or sleeps late?

No doubt about this question… sleep late – very late!!

Hobbies?

Dancing ballet, playing the guitar and obviously modelling.

Tattoos?

Not yet, in the near future for sure!! (Hope my mum doesn’t see this!!!)
