Fashion on the Run

Fashion might be uncomfortable, but what if comfort is the new fashion? Fashion might be uncomfortable, but what if comfort is the new fashion? Fashion might be uncomfortable, but what if comfort is the new fashion?

Many times, I do believe in sacrificing comfort in the name of fashion. I mean, balancing on 12 inch stilettos are not exactly a joy ride for my (or anyone’s) toes, and no matter how much I am aware of the fact that they will butcher my feet by the end of the night, I still love to buy and wear heels on a regular basis. But, there are those days, where all I want to do is slip into jeans, slouchy jumper and a comfy pair of sneakers.

We all need our days off, right? But who said you’ve got to sacrifice style when wearing comfortable shoes? Julia Sarr-Jamois is one of the many to prove so.

Doing it either in bright colours or simply in black, wearing sneakers doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve got to match it to your gym attire. You could pair them up with a pair of jeans, or if you’re a little more daring, to a skirt or dress. Perfect for those days when you’re running around getting errands done or for an intense shopping session.
